Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the audio equipment in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Inspection and Refund
Our technicians will inspect the gear for quality assurance within 3-5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
